The daily cleaning of the kitchen (where present) and washing-up during the stay is not provided.

No pets allowed. Events and parties not allowed. Non-smoking establishment. The management will not accept responsibility for theft or loss within the property.

City tax (not included in the total amount): € 2,00 per person each night, up to 7 nights (only if over 16 years old)

Bookings is valid once 30% of the total cost has been paid.
In case of cancellation 60 days prior to your arrival the entire amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed in 30 days.
A fee of 15% of the total cost of the stay will be charged for cancellations received within 40 days prior to the beginning of stay (1/2 of the cost of the deposit). From the 40th day onwards in case of cancellation no deposit will be refunded.
